How school leaders use technology to improve the standard of teaching and learning in their schools. This study explores how school leaders use the EDU Q-card to improve the quality of education in their schools. It aims to find out how School Leaders (SL) use the EDU Q-card tool to create conditions for quality improvement in their schools. It looks at conditions that must be met for effective use. Furthermore it looks at how the tool contributes to the professional development of School Leaders and how this aligns with Government teacher development policy.
